The Nehemiah Projects of Acadiana Inc.

The Nehemiah Projects of Acadiana Inc. (NPAI) was formed to revitalize and give hope to the underserved and underdeveloped communities in Acadiana, and Abbeville, Louisiana is at the top of our list.

Our mission is to foster an atmosphere of unity and pride in Acadiana by educating, empowering and instilling a longing for a legacy of excellence.

Our vision is for everyone in Acadiana to be empowered and to value their past, embrace the present and look forward to a future filled with possibilities within their individual communities.

Our goal is to raise thirty million dollars ($30M) to build a state of the art 150,000 sq. ft. facility that will house the Williams Scholar Academy Charter School and Cultural Center. This facility will provide programs and services that will change the current trajectory of the community.
