Acadiana's Best Hot Dog Contest

On the heels of the Vermilion Chamber of Commerce’s Annual Weiner Dog Races, Acadiana residents are invited to attend the region’s first and only Acadiana’s Best Hot Dog contest.

Participants will present their “top dog” to contest goers in the hopes of snatching Crowd Favorite as they compete for points from our esteemed panel of judges. In addition to a trophy and an exciting array of prizes, the winning team will walk away with bragging rights as the creator of “Acadiana’s Best Hot Dog.”
