7th Annual Wiener Dog Races
Long legs, svelte lines, built for speed and ready to chase wild rabbits or birds in the countryside for miles. These are the kinds of dogs whose bodies Dachshunds can easily fit under!!The Vermilion Chamber of Commerce, in partnership with the Delcambre & Erath Farmers Markets and Quality Sports Authority, is excited to announce the date of our 7th Annual Wiener Dog Race. All you two-person pet crews start getting revved up for the races on October 21 at Quality Sports Authority!Pre-registration is available for all events in the Wiener Dog Races. Register your Wiener for the "Cocktail Wiener Race," the "Ball Park Frank Race," or the "Hot Dog Race." Don't have a dachshund? BUT you have a Wannabee!
