Co-hosted with One Acadiana, we’ll review local workforce data and trends impacting our region. We'll hear from One Acadiana's director for Business & Education Connections, Dr. Maggi Bienvenu, who will share insight into participation rates, labor pool shifts, and what industries are competing for the same workers.

We’ll also hear practical HR perspective from Tessa Brown, Director of People Relations at CCI Piping Systems, on hiring, retention, and strategies that are working in today’s environment.
