The scholarship is offered to deserving chamber members\, employees of members\, and/or their children or spouse to further their post-secondary education. Our hope is that this scholarship will encourage the recipients to excel as future business leaders and participate in the Vermilion Chamber of Commerce and give back to the community.\n\n \n\nThe recipient of the scholarship will be selected based on participation and leadership in school activities and work experience\; response to an essay question\; economic need\; and academic achievement. In addition to being affiliated with the Chamber\, the applicant must be pursuing post-secondary education at either a two-year or four-year educational or vocational institution\; and the applicant must have completed at least one semester at the post-secondary education institution with a minimum of a 2.5 GPA.
