    Prices: $15 for walk in. 5 class pass for $50 (60 days)

    10 class pass for $100 (90 days)

    Unlimited Monthly: $85

    Workshops are separate variable fees

    WOGA: $20-BYOB (glasses provided)

    Private Groups: $20-$50

    Customized Private Class: $60

    Cash/Check/Venmo/Credit cards are payment options.

     

    §  We will be having ongoing classes weekly, workshops, and available for private and group events. Balance offers yoga and holistic fitness options that are a therapeutic/gentle style. Beginner to all levels are welcome! This yoga style (aka stretching, strengthening, and breathing) is to help you perform better, build balance and strength, soothe achy body parts, relax, and improve well-being. T’ai Chi is gentle coordinated standing movement, helping posture, balance, and overall mind/body coordination. Different teachers and classes will be announced in addition to weekly classes. Our intention is to help boost well-being by providing holistic health psychology services locally in Abbeville.

     

    §  Gear: wear comfy clothes, bring yoga mat and any other supplies you have available. Extra mats and supplies will be available if you do not have any at no additional costs. High quality and affordable mats and supplies are also available for purchase. No supplies are needed for T’ai Chi, just wear socks. Water is recommended.  Please take off shoes when entering the studio. Social media and cell phones are not allowed (or put on silent) inside the studio so please make sure to "disconnect to connect " when coming to class. The studio is a safe zone to relax and gossip free.
