The Abbey Players Theater is pleased to announce our upcoming production of “A Southern Belle Primer” (or why Princess Margaret could never be a Kappa Kappa Gamma).
Come and join these “Southern ladies” as they take you on this lighthearted and humorous journey through Natchez Mississippi and tour “Ten Oaks Plantation”. These ladies will take you down memory lane and enlighten you on the differences of the Old South versus the New South!
Saturday night performances will be our Southern Dinner Show Special. Ladies, come in your Southern Sunday Best (hats, gloves, etc.) as you would not want to insult our Hostess, Mrs. Davis Carlyle Southeby, and you might just win a funeral casserole to take home! See y’all at the Plantation!!
Performances will be Friday’s, April 5th and 12th at 7:00 p.m., Saturday’s, April 6th and 13th at 7:00 p.m., with a Southern Dinner served at 6:00 p.m., and our Sunday matinee at 2:00 p.m. Tickets can be purchased at abbeyplayers.com or by calling 337-893-2442.
